      It is an outsourcing company and there are lots of different projects to go around, so you have some choice on your work. They always treated me well also.

      Minpunten

      At least in my case, I was kind of forgotten working for the client. My guess is that this can be a downside for some people, but I honestly prefer it that way.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
