- Hikes or bonuses are only granted if you are billable during the appraisal period; your rating does not matter. - It is challenging for Leads and Solution Architects to secure a project as client demands for such resources are minimal. If unsuccessful, they are placed in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for one month, followed by one more interview opportunity.
