* Good place to learn & experience hands-on the intricacies of power system protection. * Good support from seniors in technical matters. * One of the best places for freshers to start in the power industry * Organizational hierarchy not that strict, so newbies can learn lot of things outside their domain as well.

Minpunten

* Inflexible work hours & no saturdays off. * Not much support from senior management * No recognition or appreciation for the employees * Constricted work environment, can't expect much growth in your career.
