They are disgustingly cheap. Some of the full time staff were getting paid so low that's not even legal. They attract mostly Chinese international students because they promise visa sponsorship, but they don't actually sponsor. They would withhold pay, or cut your salary for the month using the excuse that you haven't done your job well enough.
Boss expects you to work ridiculous hours, work from home, and work on weekends. He has no respect for your personal life, and would even pick up the phone and call you in the middle of the night for work related matters.
There is no career growth, no benefits, and they lie to their customers and clients just to get their money.
