The lower lever colleagues are great ppl to know, you’ll stay in touch with them long after you leave. If you can keep up, not drown in the work and are able to teach yourself everything you need to know you will learn a lot (out of necessity), you’ll never be bored because there is so much to do.

There is no onboarding, you might get lucky and have the odd person be told they need to give you a hand but you need to be okay with figuring stuff out yourself. No documentation/processes seem to be in place because each client has such a specific set of preferences. Overtime is tough, there is often lack of clear direction or strategy from senior management. It can be frustrating because on paper the problems they have are fixable.

Great company to work for, nearly 6 years as a dev in one place is rarely heard of. Great culture and diversity. Even 3 years after leaving, I’m still in regular contact with senior management and ex colleagues
