Rewards/Appreciation/Team outing/Bonus/Food reimbursement - zero. get ready to work at 7days a week at ends with more than 12 hours sometime, mentally and physically exhausted without any form of appreciation or compensation. There is no concept of logging out, people will call/message any time of the day/night and expected to respond. This culture is normalised.
