      Pluspunten

      You get to work on all the latest technology. Managers were good. Work-life balance is not there, this is good for one who likes to work and learn in a short span, but Good place for freshers or less experience. If you perform, they will give you increment.

      Minpunten

      Your notice period is 30 days when you join, but it will become 60 days next year after the increment. When you leave this company, you cannot join any of their competitors or client (few MNC) for a specified period, as mentioned in the agreement.

      1. Opportunities to Learn for a fresher. 2. This is for you if you are in a rage to work. 3. Great Technical team and very helpful managers. 4. Remote and flexible working hours.

      Minpunten

      1. Very stressful. No work-life balance. 2. Very tight deadlines. Management has started micro-managing employees recently. 3. Salary is not being credited on time from last one year. 4. No hike from the last 1.5 - 2 years. 5. Layoffs - you will be removed suddenly after decreasing your notice period from 2 months to 1 month. 6. Most of the managers are laid off in the name of cost-cutting. Most of the employees are moving out and existing people are getting too much work.
