Pluspunten
Edelman is a progressive and innovative organisation with a very dynamic structure and workforce. The company also takes employee feedback seriously and uses this to help improve working conditions. This comes from a place of sincerity, as they do genuinely care about their employees, both personally and professionally. A rarity in this era of sycophancy and vacant promises. This means they gave you ample opportunity to develop your skillset and work flexibly, something which I am immensely grateful for.
Minpunten
The recent redundancies were a kick in the teeth, and have unfortunately undermined trust in Richard Edelman and other senior leaders. Also, the work-life balance does vary, but like many have mentioned it is more than manageable.
