- Lots of opportunity to learn business technology and talk with leaders within the firm. Developed professionally and grew a meaningful network. Management made may efforts to offer a quality program.

Minpunten

- Not many cons, just be sure to ask them directly if they plan to hire their interns, how many, and try to get it in writing.

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
