Culture has been tested. Challenging due to the market environment but still a great place to work and “row” together.

Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

Minpunten

Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
