      The role involved excessive work pressure with very limited time to complete projects, often due to unrealistic deadlines. There were no fixed holidays, and work was frequently expected on weekends, including follow-up calls from the CEO to ensure task completion. Additionally, the CEO demonstrated a lack of industry knowledge and professionalism. Communication was often inappropriate, including the use of slang and unprofessional language toward employees, which created an uncomfortable and demotivating work environment.

      - Unprofessional and 0 management - Boss/Owner treats you like a slave - Too much meddling into private life - No culture and professionalism - No benefits/ 0 holidays - Toxic - Company rules and policies keep changing as per Boss's mood sometimes within hours.

      Working there for quite a while trying to like the work, I still couldn't find one thing to say good things about, well atleast you get colleagues to complain about the company.

      Minpunten

      Everything, mainly the HEAD of the company does value employee inputs, no holidays (even the public ones), no recognition for your contribution, no salary hikes, no paid vacation, even blames a sick leave as something do at a weekend. Absolute disaster of a management.
