It's a fantastic workplace with friendly colleagues and engaging job responsibilities. The work/life balance is excellent, and the senior management is commendably effective without being overbearing. There is no micromanagement.

There is minimal guidance or mentorship provided. The prospects for career advancement appear promising, but the trajectory for growth beyond a Senior level position remains uncertain. Furthermore, I am uncertain about how pay increases with seniority, especially since the compensation is below the average compared to similar positions in the industry.
