bullying and unprofessional behaviour by some snr staff were never addressed, reason I and many many others left management dont let people do their job and you are heavily micromanaged struggle to deliver to customer needs, only stories, excuses and blame given staff dont get rewarded, no mentoring (only talked at) or training more than 50% of staff have left in last 12mnths due to above if considering a role do your homework as this is not for everyone and some reviews on here seem hard to believe . A staff survey was done but never seen again
