      Pluspunten

      The company's technology and products are among the best in the industry. I got to do a lot of interesting work, and most of my coworkers were very smart and talented. My manager in particular was a nice person to work for and ran an efficient operation in our department.

      Minpunten

      The company was acquired by new ownership in April 2022, and they brought in a couple of clueless amateurs to serve as CEO and CFO. The former talks a big game about closing new business, but failed to deliver on the hype during her first year. The latter is a typical private equity vulture capitalist, looking to exercise his leverage over his employees however he can get away with, and the HR department is corrupt and dysfunctional as well. The future is not looking bright for Eleven as of June 2023.

      The product was on track to become a market leader. The foundation laid by the former leadership team was well on its way to being world-class. However, under current ownership, development has stalled; the product now sits in a limbo between an ancient monolithic collection of code and a proper SaaS offering, with no clear path forward.

      Minpunten

      Since Ven Capital took over, Eleven has become a toxic environment defined by a complete lack of product understanding. In a short period, leadership has systematically removed or pushed out the people that cared about the company and the product. Without that core expertise, the new leadership is effectively "flying blind." They don’t understand the product or their customer needs, This has lead to a massive decline in morale and a culture of confusion. It is no longer a place where professionals can thrive or where the product can realistically evolve. ElevenOS has nothing to do with WiFi. It is an authentication platform.
