As a BDE I have my freedom to explore new stuffs and through new businesses got some appreciation. And Engineers are the people who helped me a lot in knowing atleast a bit about Network Technology. Hats Off to them !!!

Incentives are the only way a Sales guy earn but it is a joke here. Appreciation given to us is strictly by words. Lack of organisational structure. Din't worked out create Eljay a strong brand in the market. Lack of Marketing spending. And the list goes......
