Pluspunten

Good starting salary, increments are good compared to typical Corporates. Quarterly increments if performances are good, capped though but still a lot better than most local agencies. Technically unlimited PTO, but 1 week in advance for 1 day off. Flexible working hours in the office.

Minpunten

Management is a bit messy. Some politics when you get near to the top. Not very advisable for people joining in higher positions. They mostly hire interns to supply demand to other higher paying countries and then promote them to have people that do not have their own styles of working. Trello management is key here, basically means double work. You work and you're forced to update what you're working on in key precise details.

Minpunten

Bad management practices. During a financial downturn, the company forced multiple team members to resign rather than laying them off properly, specifically to avoid paying severance. They blamed individual performance rather than being transparent about the company's financial health
