- Regarding the company's management, there is no opening of strategic communication at the team level, and the tasks are not divided correctly, so as to increase the solving time and provide the opportunity for employees who want more technical tasks and more complex to develop.
- The tasks are not assigned based on employee performance or development needs. Even after almost 3 years, you only receive maintenance tasks or to save the scripts used by other colleagues, you do not work in agile / scrum, and the development tasks are assigned to older colleagues, who are already working on such tasks.
If you ask for a development task, you are answered in a totally unprofessional way with the phrase: "Don't like it quit!", And from that moment you are caught in the crosshairs, constantly demotivating yourself and trying to influence you emotionally.
In such situations, you do not have the support and understanding of the HR department, which very casually concludes: "Maybe that's how you taught them!"
Therefore, for those who want to develop professionally and work in a motivating and pleasant work environment, it is not a suitable place.
