Pluspunten
Encore has delivered on everything that they said they would during the interview/hiring process. I started off with very competitive pay, more PTO than I would have ever imagined, and a company vehicle that I take home every night (minimizing the wear on my own vehicle). Work/life balance is great and the whole Encore team has been very helpful and supportive every step of the way.
Minpunten
The only con that really comes to mind is that I do not have a company credit card for purchasing tools or work materials as needed. Not a big deal, and understandable.
