Pluspunten
The people were my favorite part of Enerflex. There was a good structure of supporting departments. The company had good software tools and access to information for me to do my job. Medical benefit plan was excellent. Loved all the companies social events. Enerflex is a decent place to start your career, coming out of school to gain experience for a couple years, until you find a better job.
Minpunten
The companies review system works like this: you're rated from 0 to 10 points based on your performance, the average employee performance score is 3... the highest employees are around 5... This is the quintessential example of how management brainwashes people into feeling worthless. When things are busy, working overtime for free is a regular expectation from management and if you are hoping for that "bonus" at the end of the year, it's laughably small. Pay is below industry average. There is a serious hole in company in terms of intermediate and senior employees which limits the experience you can gain from other people.
