Most reviews here mention supportive and professional peers, and that has been my experience as well. Enfuce had great employees while I was working there and they were the highlight of my experience. The employee turnover is high, so I don't know what the situation is currently.

Lack of transparency from management, extremely unprofessional behavior from higher ups, shouting, name-calling, freezing out employees who have been blacklisted. People are pushed to burnout and then fired quietly, without communicating these departures to the rest of the staff. Enfuce leaders don't learn from their mistakes, and then go and blame the employees for not being successful.

Challenging and meaningful work: You get to work on real-time fraud cases and contribute to the development of tools and processes that have a tangible impact on customer safety and compliance.
