Supervisors are all approachable and friendly. They are always willing to listen to your ideas, answer questions, or simply have a friendly chat about life. In addition, the company makes a conscious effort to hire personnel who meet the cultural goals of the company; putting emphasis on finding people who are driven, hard-working, and amiable to work with.
