Supervisors are all approachable and friendly. They are always willing to listen to your ideas, answer questions, or simply have a friendly chat about life. In addition, the company makes a conscious effort to hire personnel who meet the cultural goals of the company; putting emphasis on finding people who are driven, hard-working, and amiable to work with. Who you work with and the types of people you work with have a direct impact on if a person does or does not like their job. This team is excellent to work with!
