Great training program and great way to build B2B experience for your next job. The all around company culture is pretty decent but your experience can very depending on your team and your leader.

Minpunten

Over worked for the commissions they pay, recent commission structure change cuts your earnings by 1/3 if you are in the carrier service side. Benefits are bottom of the barrel and expensive. Management claims their most valuable assets are the employees but the pay, benefits, and overall treatment says otherwise.
