There was great camaraderie with the staff of writers. Your work gets published online, which is great for your resume.

Minpunten

False mission statement being sold. They want to empower "women that do," but do not give their staff of writers, who are all women, the tools they need to succeed. Management has a, "I'm doing you a favor" mindset and expects writers to churn out unrealistic amounts of content with no constructive feedback, beneficial edits or decent pay. (I believe they pay below minimum wage.) Aside from lack of real editing, there is no leadership or professional writers to look up to and ask for advice. They have a sweatshop-like mentality that is focused on getting out as much mediocre content as possible. It is definitely quantity over quality. The buttons might be in the wrong places and seams might be crooked, but the shirts fit... sort of.
