Company has been side blinding and laying off people and whole teams due to senior leadership mismanagement of products, and by bringing in off-shore cheap support. Concept was to reduce overhead costs but now they are realizing that this was a mistake as there is now a huge lack in quality and efficiencies in many areas from customer support, to finance , through to technical delivery and implementation .
