Very positive, respective work atmosphere with great benefits and work-life balance. Some people may complain that working for the government can be less challenging or have limited growth potential. This can be the case, but if you are proactive and can prove your value to the right managers, there is a lot of opportunity to take on new responsibilities and recieve extra training.
