Pluspunten
This excellent company is willing to give chance to fellows to earn their own experience and knowledge about the recycling and waste reduction via different activities and messages update monthly. Moreover, it provides a platform to perform my abilities of comunication and customer relation from facing customers and pubic to deal with various questions and sort of arguments. Furthermore, I was able to share my innovative ideas on convenient and safety improvement, also ideas could be implemented and promoted in company.
Minpunten
There are still some details that I would not enjoy, for instance the company was work with the old school software, in which the software was seldom update, and alwasy fell in system errors. It may not be a question to other staffs from different working manner, but for me as eager to provide a high effivient, fluent and comfortablt working environment to not only myself but the clients that it could be an agnoying.
