      Pluspunten

      Pay is good, lots of freedom as a developer. Not a lot of management hovering over your back. The culture is nice.

      Minpunten

      You will corner yourself in terms of development. Cache is not really used in any other industries besides healthcare. You have to gain a deep knowledge of how the software works, and common workflows, which is not helpful for any other job. There's no hierarchy, or goals to reach either. At best, you can become a TL.

      Pluspunten

      I learned a lot, started as part time and moved up to full time with benefits and got a lot of hands on experience and am fortunate for the opportunity.

      Minpunten

      A lot of micromanaging is done in the office I was at. A lot of disorganization between managers and doctors lacking communication to their medical assistants and to each scheduling department.
