They are doing everything they can to cut expenses and move jobs to India. You might think this is a con, but to CEO and COO/CFO this is a pro.There are pockets of people that have been around awhile and try to make Epicor what it was and should be, but do not have the influence or power to affect change.
Minpunten
The culture at Epicor used to be great, an example was reduction in force(RIF) events, use to be they did recognize talent, understanding that RIF is a business decision, Epicor management would go out of their way to find a different position or an alternative to help keep the talented people. I personally survived 6 such RIF events because of this. Not anymore, all that matters is bottom-line and nothing else, not customers, products or employees. It is very sad to see this. Also when you look at reviews on glassdoor, make sure to look by date and not most popular, Epicor seems to be seeding the reviews with positive ones, you will notice the pattern.
