      Pluspunten

      75% of the time, this was a great team (40% attorneys, 60% contract managers) and company to work with. I'd chalk the other 25% up to office politics and a questionable hire which is something you'd expect with a company this size and the quick growth of a department. The salary was good for new hires.

      Minpunten

      Tenured employees were underpaid compared to new hires (unfortunate but also typical across many industries). You could advance from CM to Sr. CM but you'd need to change departments/teams if you wanted to grow further.

      My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

      Minpunten

      There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
