      Equifax provides a fantastic onboarding and training experience – the best I’ve seen from any company! The process is well-structured, thorough, and really sets you up for success. The team is full of switched-on, experienced professionals who are always willing to support, share knowledge, and help you grow in your role. Great place for learning and development!

      Minpunten

      Honestly, I haven’t experienced any downsides so far. If any issues did come up, I’m confident there are plenty of channels and people willing to listen and provide support. Equifax really seems to prioritize open feedback and continuous improvement.

      My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

      Minpunten

      There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
