People are nice, good teamwork

Minpunten

medical benefits. You have to pay whatever the bill is to satisfy your deductible. This makes it expensive to go to the doctor. It would be better if they had it so that if you go to your PCP, it's $25 and a specialist $50, no matter how many times you see them. Oh Well!! As a BCR, you have to go into work everyday, whereas every other position just goes in 3 days a week.

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
