      The company truly works to develop its people as leaders, managers, and human beings. Results matter, but when they aren't met, we ask if the team member has the tools they need to do the job and how we can help them get there.

      Minpunten

      Certainly, every place has its problems and Equify is no different, but we are honest about our short comings and work to improve ourselves.

      Pluspunten

      Fantastic environment. Many coworkers who have been in finance for decades will let you know this is the best work setting they have experienced. They emphasize this as a learning experience for interns. They want you to succeed and will let you get hands-on.

      Minpunten

      Other than the pay being just okay (competitive for Fort Worth, but not if looking at Dallas or remote), this is probably the best internship possible for anyone interested in finance.

      - great co workers - ability to make good money, even though commission were always paid late

      Minpunten

      - commissions never paid on time - preaches culture but never practiced what they preached - constant switching up of deals on the backend, leaving sales to deal with a mess and unhappy client experiences - say deals would be done/fund on a certain day, then wouldn’t fund at all or delayed funding - layoffs happened to good internal employees - executives leadership would make detrimental decisions then blame the results of those decisions on others
