Pluspunten
I have been working at EZ for a year now and am on a team of supportive, highly experienced individuals. Probably the strongest team I ever worked on.
This has been a very challenging and incredibly productive year for me. I learned more than on most jobs I have had and, most importantly, could see how much of an impact my work had on the product, the team, and the company.
My direct manager is not only a brilliant, extremely hard working developer, but is also someone who is great at directing the team, talking to each member and truly helping, teaching, and advancing our careers.
That said, the work-life balance is not the last item on the list. The one-on-ones with the manager always include a question if you are able to lead a normal life and have time to do things outside of work. Your happiness counts. I also like that the manager consistently asks for feedback as well and it is actually heard, regardless of it being positive or negative.
I would also say that I made amazing connections with people from other teams. People are mostly kind and generous at heart. In the interview process, your personality matters. Yes, the technical expertise is important, but it will be put aside if you came off as rude or arrogant during the interview.
If you are looking for a place to truly grow and learn, this is it.

Sometimes the pace is faster than I would like, but at the same time I am never left alone to struggle. This also isn't always like that, but it can be challenging.
