Minpunten
Hyper-hierarchical organizational structure that makes easy tasks unnecessarily difficult. Active CEO worship is required of all employees. Direct communication with superiors is seldom allowed, which causes bottlenecks galore. It is the most inefficient organization I've ever worked for. Months on end can be spent waiting for executives to sign off on basic tasks. Divisions operate in siloes and compete for CEO brownie points. Cross-division teamwork is not encouraged at all.
The general attitude of employees is very self-centered and conceited, but the individuals who work there are largely unimpressive in both resume and ability. I couldn't wait to leave.
