      Lack of stable senior leadership and frequent restructures and repeated redundancies. Pay discrepancies between new and existing staff with no clear development pathways. Professional growth is unsupported, often left to employees to manage alone. Workload distribution is inconsistent, with poor management from team leads. Discussions around pay are often met with resistance rather than understanding.

      EventsAir has taken strides to continue to improve employee happiness, work-life balance, open lines of communication and transparency within the company. I feel like I can reach out to any of the company C-suites, something that is not common in larger companies. The people who work here are also all wonderful, and all work together towards a unified goal.

      Minpunten

      As we continue to scale up, we experience some teething issues, related to lack of staff in certain parts of the globe.
