The company runs lean so everyone's job is mission-critical. Everyone stays very busy throughout the day. It's growing, so change happens inevitably and very quickly. To work here, you have to adapt well and roll with it.

Benefits, flexible scheduling, great pay, kind people, growth opportunities great mission and values

Minpunten

I can't really think of any. They're always adding more benefits and finding ways to keep people connected. Also, I love the hybrid office/WFH balance.
