Pluspunten

Fully remote & worked alongside some talented and inspiring people. I enjoyed the majority of my time with this company. Fun events, fun environment (as best as they could do remotely).

Minpunten

Not a lot of established processes in place, which makes for a lot of extra effort and work in nearly everything you do. Or if there are processes, they can be cumbersome. Additionally, their benefits support can use some improvement - I had some difficulty with unclear answers and that can be frustrating (especially when dealing with healthcare, 401K's, and personal funds).
