-the pay is pretty great for someone coming right out of college -did I mention the pay?

-overly formal dress code, must wear a tie/slacks just to sit in back office cubicle and make phone calls -mindlessly going through lists of candidates on Monster.com and other databases / job boards - I felt like a telemarketer crossed with a car salesman
