leadership is on their own corporate ladder climb and the decisions they make are sometimes for their own gain at the teams expense, can be a gossipy environment at times (inevitable though for any sales environment IMO)

- Ability to work remotely still, however I am not sure how long that will last for me. They are pushing people back into the office.
