Having a kid is considered short term disability rather than maternity leave, even though the company is fully remote many of the branches expect you to come in if you don’t they will pressure you into thinking your job is on the line, they constantly add to your work load but do i no or increase compensation, no bonuses quarterly or yearly, ability to move up is something they sell but do jot follow through with. This company is jot one I would recommend to anyone I know.
