I love working at CyberCoders! There are so many reasons... First, I love my boss. I know a lot of the managers and respect them, but my manager really gets me, motivates me, rewards me, encourages me, and likes me. Not only does she bring out my best work, but she brings out the best in me. My CEO rules! She cares about her employees on a personal level and gives us the best return on our invest. She created a culture that's second to none! I'll admit we have a Sink or Swim mentality - our internal training is mostly technical, focused on how to use our technology. If you don't have experience, you have to fight to stay ahead of the learning curve OR you might just get lucky with a great client.
