There is one leader in particular who is very toxic. He belittles the people he doesn't like. The managers who report him follow this behavior. They treat you like trash unless you are a top biller. The CEO is nice but pretends to be unaware of the problem. The sales people are nice but the leadership I dealt with was awful. I was moderately successful when I worked there but then become much more successful at the next agency I went to... I contribute this to the leadership and culture of the company I went to. If you report to someone whose name rhymes with Darren Spankel please beware as he will likely make your life at this company difficult.
