Pluspunten
I've only been with ECS for a little while, but so far I like the fact that there are so many more opportunities to work on different projects and in different agencies. The benefits are also pretty good, especially medical. The company also seems to place high value on contributing to the community and does a good job of sharing and encouraging the work that employees do towards that end.
Minpunten
The company maxes out at 20 days of PTO accrual per year and only allows you to carry over 160 hours per year. My last two companies had much better accrual (max 30 days per year) and carry over (300 hours) policies.
