They’re blindly firing experienced, dedicated employees and trying to build a new team from scratch, basically throwing away diamonds while digging for dust. Talented people have been walking out the door in frustration because of relentless micromanagement and zero appreciation. If you're considering this company, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.
