The work place is fairly relaxed and overall the staff are quite kind/easy to get along with. There are some very talented people there held back by the comfortable nature of having a steady job.
Minpunten
1. They lack the method or means to move with the times. 2. They focus on creating the illusion of service rather than optimizing that service to a functional state. 3. The products are poorly developed and there is little foresight to their design. 4. They treat failure as if it never happened rather than learning from their mistakes and preventing them in the future. 5. They cite themselves as being a top tier time-management company when they are dwarfed by their competition. 6. Management is two-faced, everyone has probably been there and done that. No need to go into detail there. 7. The staff is under-payed and they use their talents and skills for much higher level work while still keeping them in lower level positions.
