Do not buy into the good reviews written, employees are forcefully made to write it since its part of the KRA's. Also while you are reading this, do not make the mistake of joining this company which is run by absolute unprofessional who can't pay something as basic as salary on time, let alone the incentives. Salaries are always delayed by 15-20 days and sometimes even a month. They will lure you into joining by showing that only weekdays are working but the reality is you end up working almost every Saturday and even worse on most public holidays. The office lacks basic facilities and hygiene. The women's washroom almost throughout the year suffers from water shortage and stinks all the time. The office space is compact and congested. Don't even get me started on the HR and management. They are extremely arrogant and rude. They have a pathetic exit policy in place where you have to serve a notice of 2 months and F&F dues is credited only after 45 days of your departure. Yet these "professionals" have to be reminded repeatedly to pay your dues would go on delaying and dragging for no reason beyond 6 months.
