I've been working at Expath for almost a year now and have really enjoyed my time here. Even as the company grows quite rapidly, you feel cared about on an individual level, and there are great opportunities for career advancement. Compensation is fair and reviewed regularly, and colleagues are not just a delight to work with, but also happy to share their skills and experience at any opportunity! My specific role has been 'tailored' in such a way as to play to my personal strengths while also allowing me to develop new skills, and I feel I've grown professionally within the company. Coronavirus has been weird for all of us but Expath responded dynamically, providing both a great product to our customers and a working environment where employees feel safe and supported. Overall I'm very pleased with this job and would recommend Expath to anybody looking to start an interesting and well-supported career in languages or relocation.
