"Every man for himself" should be the company value. Many levels below the C-Level are dysfunctional. Does not act like a multi-billion dollar company - little discipline in financial, IT operational excellence. Neophytes in this area. Highly volatile - due to being highly political, decisions not made on facts. Thus, good hiring decisions are not made and ergo necessitates more re-orgs. Peter Principle at work. Local reputation of volatility warranted - no stability of leadership
