I have endless list, in terms of operations profile (cx service) I want everyone to know this company is like a curse on your resume, after joining here you won't be able to move anyone neither internally nor externally. After expedia you can target bnb or amexgbt but as soon as they see this company name, they reject you, you are just stuck here, everyday there is something new happening they don't even know what they are doing, what they want, everyday someone sends email, this a new thing and not doing this ZTP, so stupid people, considering this process is a new venture, they could have done things so differently starting from hiring non bpo people, of they would have hired any non tech graduate and should have created a different enviroment and culture, however the people here are litrally illitrate they do nothing apart from gossiping all day, sexual harrasment from manager there has been multiple complaints about him no one take action, all the supervisior behave like they own the company, dude chill nobody cares about you. they carry flag of women and inclusion & behave worse with women. Overall pathetic company, my advise for you is don't join this organisation untill this is your last resort from outside it can look like a candy but it is not. No career oppotunities are there, even interanally there is so much hate for the operation department for a specific process that other operation team don't give promotion, they want people to move form "H" level to "H" level. As soon as you join this organisation you are doomed
